Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ BUILDING & CONDO SECURITY MEASURES ★
• Minut noise detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels.
• Surveillance cameras monitor building common areas (never inside the unit).
• 24/7 building security.

Building Security Requirement. The Building's security rules require every short-term guest to register with Building Management before check-in. Registration is completed on a separate registration website and requires each occupant's full legal name, the primary guest's email address and phone number, a government-issued photo ID for the primary guest, and the stay dates and unit number. A $250 refundable security deposit — or a damage waiver of $35/day, to a maximum of $60/stay — is required prior to check-in. Each guest must also sign the Building's standard short-term occupancy agreement.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We charge a $25 per night, $100 per week, or $300 per month pet cleaning fee (per pet). This fee will be charged if not collected at booking.
✔ Maximum of 2 pets, must be well trained.
✔ No aggressive breeds or pit bulls permitted.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in fees for odor removal and furniture cleaning and immediate eviction without refund.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate eviction without refund.

★ ADDITIONAL FEES ★
• Early Check-In: $25 (2 PM) or $50 (12 PM), subject to host approval and cleaner availability.
• Late Check-Out: $25 (12 PM), subject to host approval and cleaner availability.
• Lost Fob/Card: $150 replacement fee. Fobs/cards must be returned to the lockbox upon checkout.
