Summary: NO PETS ALLOWED - SWISS 24 is a beautiful villa with 2 Beds / 2 Baths / Pool / Jacuzzi . (OPTIONAL***For this unit only the Hot tub can be heated). Situated on Waterski Lake “Stephanie” in a gated resort with five lakes and 18 hole golf course. Nice garden facing the lake. Covered Veranda with two tables. BBQ rental optional. All rooms with high ceilings and A/C. Three bedrooms all on-suite, whereof 2 with access to Veranda/Jacuzzi/Pool. Internet, WiFi, Telephone and Television. Music system switchable inside/outside. Automated porch screens do not open. No vehicles in the garage; skis, bicycles and golf carts only (The garage is now a laundry room with melamine flooring etc) - Hope to welcome you soon in our little Paradise!

RENTAL OPTIONS: The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
Always remember to book lodging before flights! 30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa. Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in. If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted. Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice. Check-In time is 5:00 pm. Check-Out time is 12:00 pm. NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free. NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed. TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s. All rates subject to change without notice.
Guest/Customer understands and has been advised that the rental property is not owned by SWISS VACATION HOUSES or any of its principals or agents. SWISS VACATION HOUSES is merely an agent of the owner, acting at the direction of the owner of the property. Guest consents to proceed with the rental of the subject property having been made aware that any cause of action as it relates to the condition of the subject property must be brought against the owner and not against SWISS VACATION HOUSES, or its agents or principals. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the condition of the property. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any liability as it relates to latent or previously undiscovered defects with the subject property. Guest/Customer waives any claim against SWISS VACATION HOUSES as it relates to the condition of the subject property, and will look to the owner thereof in the event of any liability or casualty related thereto, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional or criminal wrongdoing by SWISS VACATION HOUSES.
AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :
Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.
• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.
• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.
• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.
