This pet friendly home offers an oversized screened-in lanai for entertaining, with an outdoor dining table that seats eight comfortably. This quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood has sidewalks for a leisurely stroll or outdoor enjoyment for the entire family.

The open area living room includes cozy seating for watching TV, playing games or just enjoying conversation. Guests can enjoy the smart TV with Roku for hours of entertainment including Netflix, YouTube and Live TV. Pool towels included. The living room couch turns into a 2 person sleeper sofa.

The spacious fully-stocked kitchen includes all upgraded appliances , including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven and more! Sit at the kitchen nook (2 seats) for a quick meal or help with meal prep.

Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are located in the garage. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage.

Notes:

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dish tabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.
