On the border of Touraine, near the Loire Valley châteaux, Beauval Zoo (45 minutes), Haute-Touche Park (10 minutes), and Brenne Regional Natural Park (15 minutes). The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area heated by a fireplace and wood-burning stove, including a kitchen, dining room, lounge, and laundry room, as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom.

There are steps between the dining room and the lounge, between the lounge and bedroom 1, and between the kitchen and the relaxation area.

Upstairs: a mezzanine with a desk area, sofas, and a sofa bed leads to a bedroom (one step up) that can accommodate three people (one double bed 140 x 190 cm and one single bed 90 x 190 cm) and has its own shower room; another bedroom, accessible via four steps, can accommodate three people (one double bed 140 x 190 cm and one single bed 90 x 190 cm) and has its own shower room.

To accommodate more than six people, prior agreement from the owners is required.

Outside, at the front, there is a private courtyard with parking for several vehicles, and at the rear, a terrace sheltered by a pergola and a large private garden with a vegetable patch and an orchard.

Optional: A supplement of €15 per person per night applies for each additional person.

Access to the private spa is available for €10 per day.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
