"We loved this little, secluded cabin! It was perfect for what we wanted. Our dogs were able to roam the yard freely in the open yard without worry. We loved the yard for playing games, lots of fishing took place, and ended the day in the hot tub! If you want a nice private cabin the whole family will enjoy then this is the one!! "

"The pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect for my family of four. We had many adventures nearby planned and the location was perfect. It was a great place to rest in between adventures whether it be a nap or settling down to a good book. The trail nearby was incredible and our last night by the fire pit was memorable. "My friend and I stayed here on a hiking trip to New River Gorge National Park. The property is cute and quaint, with thoughtful details in every room, nook, and cranny. The upstairs loft is spacious and cozy, the perfect place to serve as an extra bedroom, kids room, or play room. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were great and had a beautiful view of WV wilderness. Nikki was responsive and kind. I would love to stay here again someday and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area!"

"The property is located right across from Hawks Nest State Park. The neighborhood is quiet. You can sit on the front porch or out back on the patio or up by the fire pit. We saw deer, birds and heard a fox at night. The house is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Great drawer and closet space too! "We needed a dog friendly place to base our New River Gorge trip and this fit the bill. Plenty of room and everything went smoothly. No dishwasher so you'll have to hand wash any dishes you use but that's not a huge issue. The window unit air conditioners worked well enough we were quite comfortable.I would add that you are parking in front of the left hand garage door but you are staying in the main house. The keypad is on the back sun room door. "
