"The cottage, its location and the superb views from it were perfect in every way. We also found the email communication and friendliness of Keswick Cottages shop staff to be exactly what one would hope from a holiday cottage letting company. We have been annual visitors to the Keswick area for over 25 years and we have now found our new "go to" cottage for our future visits. We have already rebooked for 2027!"

"Had a lovely stay at the cottage. All the check in information was sent in advance and we had no trouble getting into the house. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Location was brilliant, nice easy stroll down to the lake edge. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. It had everything we needed but just felt a like sparse. A few homely touches would have been nice. It was chilly on an evening it would have been nice to have a fire of some sort in the living room or some cosy blankets. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we found the property very nice."

"The house was very well equipped and everything worked as it should. The bedrooms were all good. Much thought was put into providing things to do indoors on an evening in or wet day. When we next visit Keswick we will book 45 Eskin Street."
