"Great beach, pool on site. Cafe on site makes breakfast easy. Less than a mile to johns pass. Free cab is fun, but can sometimes be a wait. Treasure island mile long path is one block over at beach with nice restaurants/bars on the walk. Will definitely be back!"

"I booked this property because another unit in the same complex wasn’t available. I was so happy it ended up working out that way! The space was perfect, clean and comfortable and the location could not be beat. Host was great to communicate with and was super friendly and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"Coconut inn was an adorable place to stay. Very neat and clean. Love all the amenities- the bikes, pool, beach chairs and would have used paddle boards if not so windy. Baxter is the cutest! Also love the small kitchen as we have food allergies so it’s nice to not eat out for every meal. Can’t wait to stay again!"

"The checking in and out was so easy and hassle free. We enjoyed our stay and the location couldn’t have been better. The extra amenities, (chairs, floats, location, toys), were great! If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the bathroom and kitchen are much smaller than they look in the photos. A very large person would have difficulty using the bathroom and the kitchen can really only hold one person. That being said, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again."
