"The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, but the portions especially the sides were way too much. Wasted food. Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day Jessica, restaurant server, was outstanding, very personable, professional and was very attentive to all our needs. Jessica is definitely the employee of the month. "

"Really enjoyed the hotel overall: nice staff, comfy and clean room, good bed linens and towels, fitness center always impecable clean and nice area to explore shops and restaurants. Brekafast buffet may get short of some food depending on the time you're there and employees lack some organization for replenishment. "I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so comfortable. They went above and beyond and if we are even back in Ohio, I would visit this specific Comfort Inn again. This location is about 20 minutes from the ProFootball Hall of Fame and everything in between. Thank you again!"

"We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! "Comfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. "
