"The biggest issue was misleading room details. We booked what was advertised as a double queen room, but the beds were clearly full/double size—I even measured to confirm. My 6'4" husband’s feet hung off the edge, which doesn’t happen with a true queen. The smaller pillows across the bed felt like an attempt to make the size difference less noticeable. "The rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My sister needed a handicap room the first room was fully accessible so they changed our room the next day. The manager was delightful and always had a smile on his face. The breakfast had plenty of great choices. I will stay here the next time in Sheridan."

"Staff was marvelous. Our room HVAC was less then perfect. The room wall thermostat controls did not work, and you had to adjust the place manually. Fan would not stay running. Would cycle every 20 minutes or so. Hard to control room temperature."
