"If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!"

"The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. "Olá , ao chegar o hotel estava em reforma , o quarto é top a piscina estava fria apesar de ter aquecedor . Solicitei Up grade por enfrentar cheiro de tinner mas não fui atendido , me pediram 3 dias por estar lotado , passaram os três dias e ninguém mas falou como fiquei 11 dias após a reforma até gostei . A localização é excelente o atendimento poderia melhor funcionários deixaram a desejar no atendimento principalmente na recepção . Limpeza top , voltaria. "

"I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The AC started going out the first night, but it was tolerable. Saturday I spent the day at the pool. Customer service at the bar was mediocre because no matter what you purchased they already get a 20% tip. When I went back to my room Saturday afternoon, the AC was completely out.
