"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle. "Had a grew overnight stay. The amenities in the room were great. Very comfortable, they thought of everything. Lots of parts are newly renovated and well cared for. The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend "

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests. Overall, a very nice stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended! "

"Hotel very basic with small room and compact bathroom. The shower soap had run out which was frustrating. We only stayed as we had an early flight and it was fine for this."

"Already the premises give out a reassuring feeling of care and comfort. This is then corroborated by the quiet and clean rooms, warm and cosy, along with a spacious breakfast area which presents a good variety of food, replicated for the dining area. All this topped with an ample parking space. Last, but certainly not least, the caring and welcoming staff just make it a must to want to go back."

"Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!"

"Property was in a nice location next to small river. Room was dated…patio door fell off hinges when opened, headboards were in rough shape, toilet wouldn’t flush and had to fix myself. For some reason ours was the only room without card entry which was a bit of a pain! Also beds really firm. The front desk staff were helpful as much as possible. Restaurant was quite good. Overall was ok for what we payed. "

"Parking and check in were easy. We had to request a hair dryer and when that finally arrived we had noticed there was no tv remote control. So had to ask for that as well. The curtains were broken and hanging off the track in several places. The pipes made a squealing noise when the shower was turned on. Also the duvet was stained with red/brown spots (I believe it was laundered), I would expect housekeeping to notice this and discard the bedding with stains. The staff were very friendly and...
