Flat no. 3 extends over 2 floors. On the lower ground floor there is the living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the panoramic balcony with a view of the captivating mountain landscape of the Upper Harz, as well as the bathroom with level and barrier-free shower access. On the upper floor is the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.



The beds are equipped with health mattresses and adjustable spring frames. They guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. Special pillows, blankets and covers for allergy sufferers. All floor coverings are suitable for allergy sufferers !



An in-house free high-speed W-LAN network, a flat-screen TV with SAT-HD-TV and SMART-TV with streaming services as well as a DVD player and a stereo system are of course available. For your valuables, 1 safe is available in the flat free of charge.
