I am not typically the person to give bad reviews, but due to this property owner not refunding us for the remainder of our stay we are very upset. This place was absolutely filthy with dead bugs EVERYWHERE, the shower curtains were stained and mildewed, the sheets were stained yellow and we know that because when we turned a pillow over it was white! We got there late after traveling all day and while taking a shower, the water just stopped for 5 or so minutes. We contacted them and let them all of our concerns and also told them we would be leaving the next day to stay somewhere else as the place was in no condition for renters and that we would pay for the night we stayed but needed to be refunded for the rest of the stay that we weren’t going to be there for. They keep saying they are sorry and they will review the info to maybe process a refund. I have gone back and forth with them for multiple days now and they are not refunding us!! We are extremely unhappy with the property owner and the property and we will make sure to never work with them again. It looked like the place hadn’t been touched in months!!
