"Check in details and arrangements were excellent and our host responded to all communication speedily and helpfully. The location of the accommodation is excellent - a really beautifully part of County Cork with endless walking possibilities by the coastline. A car is recommended to fully take advantage of the area, although there is a pub and some eating possibilities within easy walking distance. "We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. There are pubs but no customers, that we saw. Im assuming summertime is the busy season. The...
