The space
Our home is 2100sf, set on a half acre, in a safe and well kept, quiet neighborhood set on 1/2 acre trees lots. It is a short drive to shopping, downtown, the arena, Austin Peay and about a 20 min easy drive to Fort Campbell.
The back yard is large and private with a patio and many shade trees.
The central living space offers a double living room with brick fireplace that looks out onto the private backyard and patio area. No houses are visible from all windows in the rear of the house, just trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal, full refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker and espresso machine, blender, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, George Foreman indoor grill, stainless steel cookware, bakeware and dish-ware that serves 8.
The primary bedroom is large with a King bed that is the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. A large primary bathroom is attached and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have dressers and closets.
