Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed plus a TV for relaxing nights in

Bedroom 4: Twin-size bed with a trundle bed tucked in the closet — ideal for kids or extra guests

🛁 Bathroom Details:
There’s one full bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo, perfect for both quick rinses and long soaks. Bedroom 1 also has a private half bath for extra privacy.

Here are some helpful house rules and guides to help you enjoy your stay with us:

Entry & Light Switches
There’s a light switch to your left toward the kitchen as you walk in the front door. Please do NOT unplug the white round NEST connector — it powers the front door and you could get locked out!

Kitchen & Dining
Kitchenware is located in the cabinets, and cookware is available for use.

SLEEPING SITUATION
Maximum occupancy: 7 people (8 with approval & extra setup)

Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2 max): Full-size bed, attached half bath, washer/dryer, and private backdoor access

Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2 max): Full-size bed

Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2 max): Queen-size bed + TV

Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 1-2): Twin bed with trundle bed in the closet

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: After 4 PM CT

Check-out: By 11 AM CT

Need early check-in or late check-out? If available, it's $75 — message us to request! There is a $100 charge per 30 mins you stay past checkout if a late checkout is not approveed.

Photo ID required 48 hours before check-in. Door code is sent on the day of arrival.

LINENS
Please avoid using towels or sheets with makeup, face creams, or tanning products, as they may stain or bleach. Extra linens are available if needed.

FIRE/SMOKING POLICY
Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink
No smoking, incense, or strong-scented diffusers indoors
Smoking violations incur a $300 fine + deep cleaning fee

LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer are located in Bedroom 1. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. Don’t forget to clean the lint trap after drying.

TRASH
Outdoor trash bins are to the left of the house. If your stay is over a week, please roll the bin to the street Monday night and return it Tuesday afternoon.
Trash pickup is usually between 3 AM and 4 PM on Tuesdays.

Outside trash left on the ground may incur a $500 fine.

GLITTER ME NOT
No glitter, no confetti, and no tape on walls. Glitter cleanup = nightmare. Violation results in a $100 fine + potential deep cleaning fees.

PET POLICY
We welcome pets with prior approval and a $125 pet fee per pet.
No pets on furniture (beds or couches)
Accidents or pet stains = $250 fee
Unauthorized pets = $250 fee + standard pet fee
Service animals welcome (let us know ahead of time!)
Therapy pets require valid documentation.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXTRA VISITORS
All guests must be included in your reservation. No unauthorized visitors.
Violations: $200 per person fine + immediate removal.

CAMERAS
We use exterior cameras only for safety. Any tampering, covering, or disabling will result in a $150 fine per incident and possible cancellation without refund.

SHOES INSIDE
Please remove shoes if muddy, wet, or snowy to help us keep the house clean and cozy.

DAMAGES & CLEANLINESS
Excessive mess or damage will incur a minimum $75 fee. We don’t expect perfection — just basic courtesy

CHECK-OUT
Before you head out, please:

-Take out trash
-Turn off all lights
-Place used towels in the washer
-Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher
-Lock all doors (front, laundry room, back door — double check that patio door!)

Please also clean up after your furry friend if one stayed with you
