We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice."

"The staff were very accommodating and professional. The juice machine was broken throughout our 8 day stay, but the rest of breakfast was good. Our room was never cleaned/refreshed but we did receive fresh towels and more toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. whenever we asked. We loved the location and used the hot tub daily. The roof was being replaced during our stay, but the construction hours were limited to daylight hours which was appreciated."

"We checked in and had an early departure the next day. In the middle of the night someone came into our room and were as surprised as we were. When I checked out the next morning, the front desk said that we were given the wrong room and that it was noted in their system that it wasn't clean. Although the beds appeared to be made, we don't know if the room had been cleaned or not."

"My review would be better if it pertained to the actual building but upon check-in, we discovered that the building was owned by the hotel across the large parking lot and all interactions with humans had to be done at that location. So we had to go across the large parking lot to check in, had to go across the large parking lot for our "free" (actually discounted) meal at their expensive restaurant with a very limited menu. As for the actual building, it felt old but clean. There was no staff...

"Note -- the property was just finishing up a renovation so workers were still working on things around the building -- painting, carpet etc in the hallways. That being said, it was not cleaned up after the work. We had a bottle cap in the drain of our sink -- causing slow drainage. The tub and bathroom trim had dried spackle/filler on it -- like it had not been wiped/cleaned afterwards. They have no elevator and did accommodate me needing a first floor room due to mobility issues -- but I had to...
