"Too bad we didn´t manage to use our reservation. Our kid tested positive to Covid on the morning before the check in day, so in respect to others we did not go and lost the whole reservation. We contacted the hotel and they said that nothing that they could do about it.. Too bad.."

"The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom...

"Absolutely thrilled with our second stay at this cottage. More than clean it was immaculate and so well stocked that we brought nothing with us and everything we needed and more was provided. The location could not be better! Easy walk to downtown Helen. We go every year to October Fest and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Our host Cindy was so kind and helpful. Highly highly recommend this property. It can't be topped!!! Book it you will not be disappointed!"

"Location is about perfect, close to town to be out of town, but able to walk to everything including tubing (sorry that kind of doesn’t make sense and wordy, but that’s the best way I can describe it). Right on the river. Very nice and peaceful on the back deck. Overall, the place is very nice. Was very well stocked. We didn’t really need as everything. Was there to cook with.Beds were comfy.
