The ground floor has king bedroom + private full bath, a separate living room and a 4-bed bunk room with additional full bath. The covered patio enjoys Lake Burton Views.

The main floor has an open living space and gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances, island, walk-in pantry and huge dining table – all with lake views. A spacious primary king suite with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and spa-like bath area, mudroom and half bath complete the main floor. The covered deck has seating, outdoor dining and lake views.

The third floor has two king bedrooms each with private full bath, a covered rooftop deck overlooking Lake Burton and a laundry room.

This home has a detached garage with a one bedroom king bed apartment with combined living/dining area. This apartment may have guests during your stay, and is available to rent separately if available.

The home is located in a newly developed private, gated community that is walking distance to LaPrade’s Marina. Every detail of the neighborhood fosters connection with both nature and community. Bordering the Chattahoochee National Forest, the property has private trout fishing on Wildcat Creek, three stocked ponds, and more than five miles of trails, including one trail that is literally steps away just beyond the beautiful gravel patio. Community amenities include the lakefront Burton Boathouse, pool, spa, fire pit and direct access to the Marina.

Within the neighborhood is the Creekside “Smokehouse” Rec Area. It sports Ping Pong, Ladder Golf, Corn Hole, Darts, seating, lights and fans. Just outside are hammocks swinging next to our own babbling Waterfall Creek. Our community boats 3 ponds perfect for fishing, a private 1/2 mile of Wildcat Creek trout stream, and miles of mountain and meadow hiking trails.

Across from our gated entrance is The Boathouse, Burton Community’s own club. It has a heated seasonal pool, loungers, a year-round Hot Tub, patio furniture, Sonos Speakers, available WiFi, a beautifully decorated living area with SmartTV and a full bath. Just beyond the bathroom you will find our workout room with weights and a Peloton treadmill and bike. Also inside is The Spa At Burton where you can book private yoga classes and spa treatments.

Please note we are a new neighborhood and during your stay some houses will be under construction. All owners and guests are asked to keep away from construction areas for safety. Construction will take place between 8am-5pm M-F only.
Security cameras are located at the neighborhood entrance, the Burton Lake Club and on exterior front doors.

Noise monitors are located outside that monitor acceptable sounds levels in order to maintain our serene and natural neighborhood setting.

Park only in designated areas. The Burton lake Club and LaPrade`s Marina are within walking distance.

Public areas/ammenities such as walking trails, The Waterfall Creek Pavillion, The Burton Club and Marina and green spaces and firepits are available to all guests. Please keep all areas clean and pack out all trash.

Extinguish fire pits before leaving them and kindly replenish the firewood rack next to the fire pit.
