"When we arrived we were assigned a 2 nd floor room. We took the one and only elevator up without the use of a cart since they didn’t have any on the premises. The hall carpet was extremely old and worn to the point where it was fraying and my luggage wheels kept getting stuck in the threads. The halls were very very narrow making it very hard to walk down the hall with luggage and a backpack with a shoulder bag. I had to turn sideways to avoid hitting the walls.
