"The best communication prior to our stay, the layout of the property was perfect, so beautifully landscaped, and every amenity you could ask for, and so close to all things water! I’d give this place 11 out of 10! (Yes, I realize that’s not possible!). We are a touring band and have been everywhere. This will always be a highlight for us!"

"The property was beautifully appointed and very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. The views of the lake and the hot tub were amazing and the beds were comfortable. The walk down to the beach was easy but back up the hill was as a little steep so we took the car instead and parked in the designated spot. A wonderful stay and we’d love to come back again! "

"Stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids ranging between 10-15) who are all friends from college who have since scattered. House worked very well for our group. We had a ton of fun swimming in the lake along with paddleboarding and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sandpoint and went skiing and tubing one day as well. "Loved the location next to the lake! Enough beds for all of us and lots of great little things like shampoo, dishwashing liquid, tons of spices, laundry detergent, napkins, coffee,and much more. Grill was great and used it every day. If we come back to Sandpoint we will stay here again!"

"We loved staying here while skiing at Schweitzer ski resort. The hot tub was a perfect way to help those muscles after a long day of skiing, the beds were comfy, the house was clean and cozy and we loved the view of the lake and mountains. We would stay here again and will recommend to our friends as well! "

"Overall our stay was wonderful. The location for what we needed was perfect. The beds were so cozy and comfortable. The hosts left so many snacks and drinks which was something I would say sets them apart from a lot of other rentals I’ve stayed in. Kitchen/Living room/bedrooms were spotless. "This is really cool vacation rental! Clean and the styling is super cool with the rooftop deck and hot tub ect. I didnt get to spend as much time at the unit as I wish I could have but we will be renting this one again or sure! Five Stars from me!"

"We came to Sandpoint for my daughter's wedding and were all so pleased with the cottage, which was an excellent place to rest between all the activities. We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sandpoint City Beach! The kids loved the tree swing and played many games of Trouble!
