Upon arrival for 3pm check-in I had not received the door code or room number from Expedia. I called the local number on the entrance door and after the person I spoke with, who was very helpful, I received the code and room number. Entering the assigned room, I found it had not been cleaned from the previous guest checkout, was sent to a second room which had not been cleaned, then to a third room which was cleaned but did not have what I requested, which was a room with a sofa. I was informed the housekeeper would come within the hour and prepare the original assigned room. Upon my return the room was cleaned, but hair remained in the bathtub and sink. All else was fine. The kitchen area appears to be cleaned by each guest using it and was well stocked and user friendly. The entrance/deck could use a touchup as it felt like you were entering an apartment building as opposed to the main entrance of a hotel/suite/inn.
