In order to offer you cool summer afternoons, we offer air conditioning in the living space as well as a second in the hall of the bedrooms.

This single-storey house is made up of:

An entrance with laundry room, a first bedroom with double bed and library, a first bathroom with bathtub and toilet, living room with corner sofa, TV, dining room, chess area and equipped kitchen.
A second part of the house with office, toilet, bathroom with shower, as well as 3 other bedrooms with double bed, one of which has an electric bed.

The garden invites you to relax by offering a magnificent view of its secure swimming pool and deckchairs to cool off on sunny days. The bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the outdoor summer kitchen are very practical to be able to freshen up without entering the house or to have lunch and dinner on the terrace which has a mister. In order to share a good time with the family, we have a petanque court on the right side of the house. A second terrace sheltered by the foliage of a large tree is also accessible on the other side of the villa.

You can park up to 3 cars in the driveway of the house as well as one in front of the entrance gate.
