The Space:

Positioned at end of the culdesac on the point is this very tastefully styled property featuring three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two large, light-filled living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, plus an additional little kitchenette upstairs which makes this also perfect for couples sharing a holiday away. Upstairs opens out to a large sun deck that is overlooking the water where you can soak in the view, read a book, listen to music and just enjoy some quiet time.



Downstairs the kitchen looks over the water, the downstairs patio is off the kitchen with outdoor dining and seating to soak it all in, you won't want to move once you have your spot here. From here you can walk across the yard and you are literally ocean front. Bring your rod to throw a line in. Out front you can see the lighthouse to Low Head and Guests can explore the walking track through the reserve that takes you to the point that looks over to Beauty Point. The tranquillity of the property and the area of Clarence Point is superb, to some it might even feel like another world, so peaceful and for sure you will get to share the yard with local wildlife that will be in for grazing in the evenings.



The home is designed for comfort and relaxation, If you love a relaxed water view and a beverage on the deck Capbreton is the perfect retreat for you and your guests. All guests are spoiled with premium quality linen and Lux Towels, the home provides generous accommodation with 2 queen beds and a double, complemented by multiple light-filled living spaces, creating plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

The well-equipped main kitchen, additional kitchenette and expansive entertaining decks make dining and entertaining effortless, while the ever-changing river views provide a stunning backdrop from sunrise to sunset.

With its Country Chic styling, beautiful established gardens and breathtaking waterfront setting, Capbreton offers a peaceful escape where guests can truly relax, reconnect and enjoy one of the Tamar Valley's most spectacular locations.



Guest Access:

Capbreton is a fully fenced and gated home and guests have use of the entire main house for their stay.

The property features a garage and studio which are not accessible for guests, guests can enjoy the verandah of the studio which faces the water and over the beautiful garden.

There is also ample parking in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Clarence Point is a peaceful waterfront village renowned for its natural beauty, relaxed lifestyle and spectacular river views.

There is a boat ramp, jetty and bbq area that you will pass on your way in for the community to enjoy.

You will be located approx 15 mins from Greens Beach, Beauty Point & Beaconsfield where there are local shops and a further 10 mins on to Exeter. There are so many places to visit in the area, too many to list but this is a great central location to see many parts of Northern Tasmania.

Whilst private, it is a residential area so please be mindful & respectful of neighbours keeping any noise to a minimum during quiet hours 10pm to 7am.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle in this area as public transport is not available.

If you are interested in a Wine Tour during your stay local wine tour businesses will usually pick up and drop off from your accommodation.



Other Things to Note:

You will find lots of native wildlife in the area. Although the property is fully fenced, you may still see wildlife in the yard like Wallabies and Paddy Melons, maybe a wombat too, they come in for night grazing.

It is recommended that the gate is closed of a night to keep the wildlife to a minimum.
