The room was lovely, with good wifi, a desk to work on, comfortable bed, and a smart TV so I could login to Netflix/Prime. "Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"The hotel is good for a short stay, but I was disappointed with the family rooms. The rollaway beds are extremely uncomfortable; they have barely any foam, and you can feel the springs digging into your back, making it unbearable to sleep. This might make me consider staying at Travelodge next time, as their beds are much more comfortable. I strongly recommend investing in new rollaway beds because the current ones are terrible.
