"Alles prima und sehr nette Betreuung durch Clara. Auch die Lage am Rande der kleinen Altstadt ist sehr gut. Nur das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Kaffeepause und Milch waren ok. Sonst nur Zwieback und Süßes in Verpackungen. Also lieber Preis etwas runter und angeben, dass man in der Altstadt gut frühstücken kann. Das wäre angemessener. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft."

"Quarto Limpo equipe super atenciosa cafe da manhã extraordinário somente a comida do Restaurante Mistral que nao estava Boa chefe la pode melhorar muito que ainda fica ruim a comida do restaurante goleta tambem e bem fraca por se tratar de hotel 5 estrelas as comidas dos 2 restaurantes sao bem ruim ja o cafe da manha é dos Deus atendimento nota 10. Voltaremos comida ruim e bom que engorda menos att RT"

"Tentamos fazer o check-in 2 horas antes e não conseguimos, fomos à Lugano aproveitar a tarde. Quando voltamos a Luana nos atendeu com muita simpatia e presteza! Nos deu um quarto de frente para o lago! Vista sensacional. Não utilizamos o café da manhã, comparado com outros o café é bem simples.A estrada é sinuosa e não compensa ir sem carro. Aos domingos tudo fechado na comune!"

"Esse hotel foi o ponto alto de nossa viagem a Itália . Menaggio é uma cidade gostosa mas o hotel deixou tudo inesquecível. A equipe super atenciosa, prestativa. Se percebe a atenção aos detalhes, desde nossa recepção ao adentrarmos a propriedade qdo nos receberam no carro. O check in feito por Lorena, o café da manhã delicioso com uma vista incrível pra o Lago de Como, O quarto que trouxe aconchego desde a cama até os ammenities do banheiro . A piscina externa , a academia , tudo muito bem cuidado , novo, com mobiliário de super bom gosto . E, pra fechar com chave de ouro o SPA . Que lugar incrível, atendimento impecável, estrutura surreal . Creio q é o maior e melhor spa q já conhecemos . Já quero voltar ! Indico aliás super indico a experiência do Victoria ."
