"De locatie is erg praktisch voor ons doel, op tijd bij de ferry. Tevens is dat een reden dat de omgeving minder aantrekkelijk is. Maar slechte punten heb ik niet te melden, het hotel voorziet in een behoefte."

"Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most "

"Wish they had more rooms with bigger beds Also wished they'd have had face towels. Overall great property. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay again while in Clacton. "

"We stayed two nights for the 2025 Clacton airshow. The hotel has good (free for guests) parking and is about a 30 minute walk to Clacton pier. Alternatively buses run along the front. We stayed in room 20 which had a Sea view on the second floor (note there are no lifts). The room was clean and tidy with cofee and tea making facilities and a TV (no fridge), also free (good) WI-FI. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and the bar was nice, well stocked and amply staffed. The bar area was...

"Hoteliers had provided lots of extra touches. The cleaning was impeccable. The room was well, decorated she had good quality cushions and curtains made to match the paper on the feature wall, nice quality biscuits and tea, sew kit and cottonpads. Wonderful comfy bed and clean shower room. Great selection at breakfast, fresh fruit, raspberry, blueberry, cereals then full English and about 8 various mini jam pots including salted caramel, I had to resist taking them home 1st time I've been to...

"De accommodatie is eenvoudig en verouderd en erg warm. Ontbijt wordt in het restaurant geserveerd er naast en is niet heel uitgebreid, weinig keus, pancakes waren koud. De accomodatienaam klopt niet en het adres wat er bij staat ook niet, dit gaat om een andere accomodatie van Premier Inn, dit is verwarrend!! "

"We booked this for its proximity to family after flying in from Australia and I didn’t expect much. While not a fancy hotel, we had a lovely stay with our young family. We arrived late and check in was made very very easy. Our room was huge, very clean and very comfortable. Staff the next morning were very accomodating and we enjoyed breakfast. Thanks for taking care of us!"
