"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"I booked this room for my daughter and all she said was she didn't like the bed."

"This is a very nice hotel. Modern features in the room, an incredibly comfortable bed and a reasonably sized room. My only complaint is the shower. It had very low water pressure, but at least the rain shower part of it was nice. 9/10. We'll definitely be staying here again. "

"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."
