"The property in Bellano is well appointed and perfect for two or three looking to spend some down time on the lake ~ You will need your own beach towels and chairs, should you decide to enter the water on the property's back side as they are not provided. The town has intricately lined streets with charming stores and an array of wonderful restaurants on the waterfront. Take the ferry to Bellagio and skip Lake Como proper. You'll enjoy it just as much and in half the time!"

"O Hotel Royal Victoria é um lugar encantador, com uma localização privilegiada em Varenna, a poucos passos das belas vilas históricas e das principais atrações da cidade. O ambiente é perfeito para quem busca uma experiência romântica e relaxante às margens do Lago de Como. A área da piscina e o acesso direto ao lago são excelentes, proporcionando momentos muito agradáveis. Os quartos e as áreas comuns são bem cuidados e contribuem para o charme da propriedade. O restaurante Visteria merece destaque pelo atendimento acolhedor e pela cordialidade da equipe, que tornou a experiência bastante agradável. Infelizmente, o mesmo não pode ser dito do restaurante da piscina. O atendimento foi extremamente decepcionante. Alguns garçons demonstraram pouca cordialidade e um comportamento pouco receptivo. Ao chegarmos, fomos informados de que o serviço de refeições seria oferecido até as 15h. No entanto, às 14h30, ao solicitarmos pratos simples do próprio cardápio, fomos informados de que a cozinha já havia sido encerrada e que não seria possível atender ao pedido. Essa falta de coerência na informação e de flexibilidade está muito abaixo do padrão esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. Em contrapartida, o serviço de concierge foi impecável. A equipe mostrou-se extremamente atenciosa, eficiente e sempre disposta a ajudar, contribuindo significativamente para que nossa estadia fosse mais tranquila. No geral, é um excelente hotel, com localização excepcional e uma atmosfera encantador"
