Il Passo degli Ulivi is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home set in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is ideal for anyone looking to unwind in a scenic setting. The layout is particularly family-friendly as one of the bedrooms features both a double and a single bed - perfect for parents with a young child. The single-storey house consists of two adjacent, self-contained apartments, making it a great choice for multi-generational holidays. Grandparents can enjoy their own space with a private lounge while still being close to the rest of the family.



The small town of Panico is just six kilometres away and offers a few shops, a supermarket, and good restaurants. Wine lovers will appreciate the nearby Poggio al Gello winery, only a few minutes’ drive from the house. The provincial capital Grosseto, with its impressive 16th-century city walls, is about 30 minutes away. History enthusiasts should visit Vetulonia, an important settlement during the Etruscan period, with archaeological sites and a museum. Nature lovers will enjoy the protected coastal landscape of the Maremma Natural Park. Day trips to Colle Val d’Elsa or Siena are also highly recommended.

The yellow-painted house offers a furnished loggia, generous terraces with gazebo, barbecue, outdoor dining table, and table tennis. The large, well-maintained garden provides space to relax, whilst the fully fenced pool offers added peace of mind for families with small children.



The two apartments are structurally separate and not connected by an internal door. In the neighbouring house live relatives of the owners, but a tall hedge clearly divides the properties and ensures complete privacy. Inside, the house is cosy and inviting with wooden-beamed ceilings, warm tones, and comfortable furnishings. There is even a piano for musical guests. A welcoming atmosphere makes this a delightful place to spend a holiday.
