The kitchen also features a dining table and a direct exit to the garden. This level hosts 5 bedrooms, including 1 with a French bed measuring 160 cm and another with a double bed also measuring 160 cm, the latter featuring an attached shower and WC. The ground floor is further served by 2 bathrooms each with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as 1 shower room with bidet and WC.

The upper floor offers a spacious living and sleeping room with an open-hearth fireplace and a direct exit to the balcony. This level contains 4 bedrooms, including 1 with a French bed of 160 cm, 1 with a double bed of 160 cm, and 1 with 2 single beds of 80 cm each. A second kitchen on this floor is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, and 4 gas rings, and also includes a dining table.
