Spread across 270 m2 and two levels, this beautifully appointed villa vacation rental accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, offering a refined and spacious retreat immersed in the countryside. The ground floor has been recently renovated and is tastefully furnished throughout, featuring a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV with international channels, a CD player, and a DVD player. A second living room on the same floor provides an additional space for relaxation, complete with its own open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table for shared meals. A utility room with a sink is also available on the ground floor. All floors throughout the property are made of natural stone, lending the interiors a timeless and elegant character.

On the upper floor, 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms are arranged to suit a variety of guest configurations. The first bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC.
