FIRST FLOOR: accessed via internal staircase, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large bathroom with bath and shower.
OUTBUILDING:
GROUND FLOOR: entrance into bright living/dining room with large kitchenette and sofas, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day (max. 2).
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
