Located in the countryside of Civitanova Marche, Villa Poggio Bettino boasts a fenced garden with lawn, flowers and private parking for 2 cars.

Inside the garden there is a lounge area, a hammock, and a dining area with table for 6 people and a parasol, ideal for alfresco meals, surrounded by nature.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private pool (9 x 4.5 m, depth 1.50 m), open from 1st May to 15th October, and equipped with parasols, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a gazebo with sofa and armchairs.

Guests also have access to a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, perfect for preparing tasty pizzas with friends.



Internal Description



Villa Poggio Bettino is set on one single level (on the first floor) and can host up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. The living area is equipped with air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost (maximum 1 pet).

The ground floor of the villa is closed to guests as is used by the gardener.



A spacious and bright open-space living area welcomes us, elegantly furnished with: a double sofa bed, fireplace, tv, dining table for 6 people, and kitchen. The latter is fully equipped with: oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine.

From the living room you can directly access the balcony with breakfast table and pool views.

Lastly you will find 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 double bedrooms.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity).



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€); pets allowed on request (20.00€ per day per pet, maximum 1); extra cleaning (100.00€); extra linen change (10.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
