The Stella apartment, completed in June 2021, is tastefully furnished and consists of:
• a large kitchen-living room, equipped with 4 induction burners, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, dishes, and a TV
• a spacious master bedroom with a wrought-iron headboard handcrafted by local artisans
• a small bedroom with 2 single beds,
• a full bathroom with a heated towel rack
• a patio with a private garden, furnished with a table and chairs for dining or relaxing outdoors.

The apartment features

• Mosquito screens on all windows
• Apartment cleaning, including a change of sheets and towels every two weeks
• Parking space within the private grounds
The apartment is sanitized upon each guest’s arrival.

At our residence, guests enjoy complete independence from the beginning to the end of their stay, yet we never leave them alone. Guests will be able to access their home using keys and an access code, which they can use to open the driveway gate and park their car inside the grounds.

The residence is located in the countryside, away from busy roads, although the beach is only 900 meters away. The center of Civitanova Marche is 2 km away, with its beautiful shops and renowned bars and seafood restaurants. Just 3 km away, you can admire the medieval village of Civitanova Alta with its churches, the Annibal Caro Theater, and its extensive art gallery. For shopping enthusiasts, a wide selection of footwear and ready-to-wear outlet stores (Tod’s, Prada, etc.) is located just a few kilometers away. For those who enjoy day trips, Civitanova is strategically located for exploring, to the west, the Sibillini Mountains and Umbria, and to the north, the Sanctuary of Loreto, Giacomo Leopardi’s home, and Monte Conero.

The train station is located 1,900 meters away, while the nearest airport (Ancona Falconara) is about 50 km away.
