"A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!"

"Stunning property to stay at. Plenty of room for everyone, but I feel like we did not take advantage of all of the amenities! The pool is lovely, the olive gardens make a beautiful backdrop for the Instagram worthy pictures that my daughter and her friends took before we went to a wedding. "Terrible stay. We had booked knowing it was kind of a camping-style place, so we were aware that the bathroom would be shared — but we did not expect it to be so filthy: dirty, with dead bugs, and totally unhygienic. The room I stayed in was tiny, unbearably hot, with no proper ventilation. The whole place was dirty. There was a dead rat next to the pool. The worst part happened at checkout: while we were waiting for a taxi, my mom was talking to me near the reception. The receptionist, extremely rude, suddenly said: “Can you please go outside? I’m working.” — basically kicking us out into the 40-degree sun. Unbelievable attitude, especially considering she had previously served us while smoking a cigarette. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Awful service, filthy conditions, and rude staff."
