Villa Tres Arcos is a welcoming 3 bedroom villa offering a comfortable base in the lively resort of Calan Forcat. The villa benefits from a large private swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace, bordered by hedging to provide a good level of privacy for relaxing days in the sun. Inside, the villa is bright and functional, making it well suited to families or groups looking for a convenient holiday base. The location is a real highlight, with the shops, bars and restaurants of Calan Forcat right on your doorstep. One of Menorca’s waterparks is just a 1 minute walk away, while a choice of small sandy coves can be reached within 15 minutes on foot, making this an ideal choice for guests not wishing to hire a car. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Tres Arcos enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of Calan Forcat. One of the island’s 3 waterparks is just a 1 minute walk away, while a choice of small yet beautiful sandy bays can be reached within around 15 minutes on foot. Calan Forcat and neighbouring Calan Blanes have gradually grown together over the years to form one of Menorca’s largest and most popular resorts, offering a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

Please note Villa Tres Arcos is going undergoing major renovation work internally and to the garden area, which should be completed by the end of April 2025.  This will result in the villa becoming a 6 bedroom property.
