THE HOUSE

The bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan with remote control, and a large wardrobe.
- Another double bedroom with bunk beds, ceiling fan, and a large wardrobe.

The kitchen:
- It has an Italian coffee maker (screw type) and Nespresso, microwave, ceramic hob, blender (handheld blender), toaster, kitchen utensils, tableware, and washing machine. It is well equipped for 4 people.
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The living room:
- The living room is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, a 32" TV, WiFi (throughout the house), three-seater sofas and chairs, and a dining table for 4.

Covered terrace:
- You will find a table for 4 people and curtains for added privacy during your summer evenings.

The pool:
- Pool, with sun lounger area where you can relax and sunbathe without leaving home.
- It is mandatory for children to always be accompanied by adults.
- Barbecue area with pergola and benches, so you can enjoy to the fullest.

Parking:
- The house has private parking for one car, and the street is quiet with available parking spaces.

CALA BLANCA
It's a white sandy beach just a short 10-minute walk away, offering restaurants, beach bars, sun loungers, lifeguards... perfect for those who want to enjoy beaches with services or just take a final dip before heading home.

CALA SANTANDRIA
Located 700 meters away, it's an ideal area for families with children. You can dine at various restaurants with sea views, take excursions on foot visiting the Santandría watchtower, and much more!

CIUTADELLA Ciutadella is 5km away, the most beautiful city in all of Menorca. You can't miss it!

TOURIST TAX:

To cater to your interests, we have NOT included the TOURIST TAX in the price, which all guests visiting Menorca must pay, as the platform does not differentiate the cost according to the number of nights. In Menorca, from the eighth night onwards, you get a 50% discount. Therefore, we offer you the exact amount so that you don't have to pay a single extra euro.

It must be paid when we meet at the house to formalize the guest registration form, in cash and with the exact amount, please!
