Villa Solana by Villa Plus

Villa Solana is a superb 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a fresh, contemporary interior, in a great central position. The beach, waterpark, shops and restaurants of Calan Forcat/Calan Blanes are all easily reachable within a short distance on foot. Ciutadella is also well worth a visit by taxi or bus, only 2 miles west. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included. A removable pool fence is also available on request at an extra cost.

The position of Villa Solana could not be better! Only a short walk from the centre of the resort, waterpark and beach, there's no need to hire a car. The areas of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged over time to form the island's largest resort with a huge choice of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Ciutadella is also only 2 miles away and is definitely worth a visit, either by taxi or local bus. Villas Sofia, Paco and Parque are along the same street.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
