THE HOUSE

The Bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with a large double bed, SAFE, ceiling fan, and a large built-in wardrobe, as well as a complete sink in the en-suite bathroom.
- Two double bedrooms with single beds, built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fans.

The Kitchen:
- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker (screw type), blender (hand blender), toaster, cooking utensils, and tableware. (Includes paella pan)
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The 2 Bathrooms:
- The first bathroom is in the hallway and has a bathtub, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and a large mirror.
- The second bathroom has a large shower tray, toilet, bidet, and a large mirror. Both bathrooms are bright and have a window facing the garden. Upon your arrival, you will find two courtesy rolls of toilet paper.
- We do not provide hand or body soap.

The Living Room:
- The living room is equipped with a 42" Smart TV.
- WiFi Router (covers the entire house).
- 2 three-seater sofas, dining table for 6 diners, books, and a ceiling fan.

Covered Terrace:
- Terrace with an outdoor table for 6 diners.
- Safe box to leave the keys and never lose them.
- Shade to calmly have breakfast every morning before going to the beach.

The Pool:
- Large pool to cool off and have fun with your loved ones.
- It is mandatory for children to always be accompanied by adults.
- The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area with loungers and garden furniture.

The BBQ:
- It is a large built-in barbecue, located in the pool area.
- It has a preparation area and utensils for grill lovers.


THE AREA

CAP D'ARTRUTX
- It's a very quiet and pleasant place with a Lighthouse that serves as a restaurant and viewpoint; its strong point is the breathtaking sunset views. Don't miss them!

SON XORIGUER BEACH
- Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking, it's an area for water sports (diving, sailing boats, windsurfing, speedboats), restaurants with sea views... Highly recommended!!
- If you prefer leisurely activities, from this beach, you can access the most beautiful beaches like Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta... via "Camí de Cavalls," a rural path. Check the distances to be covered.

EL LAGO Marina
- Located 100m away, it's an area where you can rent boat excursions, either in groups or on your own with boats that don't require a nautical license.
- The marina area has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... in short, all the necessary services for an unforgettable vacation.

SERVICES:

- KEY DELIVERY through a safety box. Within 24/48h, we will meet to sign the check-in form and pay the tourist tax. . - 24h TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE for any issues related to accommodation or your vacation. .
- CLEANING SERVICE upon your arrival and departure for 7-night bookings. For longer stays, we offer additional cleaning services. .
