Beautiful House located in the centre of Cap d'Artruix. Mediterranean classic style villa with a dining room to accommodate up to 5 people. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a bathroom. Both bathrooms have bathtubs and a hairdryer.



In the main bedroom, there is a safe without a combination. The kitchen, very well equipped, includes an oven, electric hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and capsule coffee machine and filter coffee machine.



The living room has a TV with digital channels, free WIFI for clients, and provides access to a pleasant porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. The outdoor area features a built barbecue with views of the pool and a beautifully maintained garden.
