Villa Juanita Mar by Villa Plus

Villa Juanita Mar is a stunning and stylish 3 bedroom detached villa. The large private pool and garden are perfect for kicking back and relaxing on a lovely sunny day. Situated a pleasant 15 minute walk from the local bars and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from the nearest mini market, everything you need for a fantastic villa holiday is close by. The old capital of Ciutadella is located a short drive or bus journey away, with a great selection of shops and a restaurant lined harbour. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Juanita Mar is located around a 5 minute stroll from the nearest mini market, ideal to stock up on daily essentials. A further 10 minute amble takes you to the centre of the resort, with a plethora of restaurants and bars, catering for all palates. In the summer months there is a water park and a number of bars with giant inflatables to keep the kids amused. The rocky cove of Calan Forcat is around 20 minutes’ walk from the villa and is great for snorkelling and swimming. A supermarket can be reached within a 5 minute drive of the villa.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
