Villa Jardin del Mar is perfect for those who want to be within easy walking distance of all the resort facilities. The bars and restaurants of the Calan Forcat area are just a short 7-minute stroll away. This 2 storey villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a pleasant terrace with fantastic sea views from the upstairs double bedroom. A private pool terrace surrounded by lawn offers plenty of outdoor space in which to relax on your holiday. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Jardin del Mar is located within the resort of Calan Forcat. Just a leisurely 10 minute walk will take you to the heart of the resort, where you’ll find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. For a splash of fun, the Aqua Center waterpark is also within easy reach, one of three exciting waterparks on the island of Menorca. For beach lovers, Calan Forcat Beach is just a mere 4 minute walk away, offering a beautiful spot to relax and soak up the sun. Cales Piques Beach is also a 7 minute walk from the villa, and the Cala’n Brut platforms, perfect for diving enthusiasts, are a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Adding to the villa’s unique charm, a naturally formed geyser is located right next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
