Villa located approximately 500 metres from the beach with a capacity for 9 people.

The property is distributed as follows:

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Large and spacious kitchen, very well equipped with a ceramic hob and direct access to the outside and the dining room. Living room with TV and WiFi, 2 bathrooms with shower.

Lower floor, with external access. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, another kitchen with ceramic hob, but without the equipment of the main kitchen. Entrance with sofa and dining table. Utility room with washing machine and clothes drying area.

Exterior: Covered BBQ area, spacious and pleasant, located next to the pool. Sun terrace with hammocks and kidney-shaped pool. Outdoor shower next to the pool. Covered parking area for 3 cars.

All bedrooms with ceiling fans.

For groups of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
