THE HOUSE

The bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with a double bed, AIR CONDITIONING, and a wardrobe.
- Another double bedroom with single beds, wardrobes, and AIR CONDITIONING.

The kitchen:
- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker (screw type), blender (hand blender), toaster, cooking utensils, and tableware. (Includes paella pan)
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The living room:
- The living room is equipped with a 42" TV, WiFi (throughout the house), a 4-seat "Chaise Longue" sofa, a dining table for 4, and an outdoor terrace facing the backyard garden.
- You will also have a decorative fireplace; it cannot be used.

The pool:
- Large pool with sun lounger area where you can relax and sunbathe without leaving home.
- It is MANDATORY for minors to swim under adult supervision.


THE AREA

CAP D'ARTRUTX
- It's a very quiet and pleasant place with a Lighthouse that serves as a restaurant and viewpoint; its strong point is the breathtaking sunset views. Don't miss them!

SON XORIGUER BEACH
- Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking, it's an area for water sports (diving, sailing boats, windsurfing, speedboats), restaurants with sea views... Highly recommended!!
- If you prefer leisurely activities, from this beach, you can access the most beautiful beaches like Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta... via "Camí de Cavalls," a rural path. Check the distances to be covered.

EL LAGO Marina
- Located 100m away, it's an area where you can rent boat excursions, either in groups or on your own with boats that don't require a nautical license.
- The marina area has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... in short, all the necessary services for an unforgettable vacation.

SERVICES:

- KEY DELIVERY through a safety box. Within 24/48h, we will meet to sign the check-in form.
- 24h TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE for any issues related to accommodation or your vacation.
- CLEANING SERVICE upon your arrival and departure for 7-night bookings. For longer stays, we offer additional cleaning services.
- BED LINEN AND TOWELS provided for each person included in the booking.
- FREE WIFI suitable for browsing and leisure, as long as extensive bandwidth is not required.
