"Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "

"Quartos ótimos mas se comprar pelo hoteis.com se prepara para um quarto nos fundos de vista para o nada e vou te dizer não é barato não. Café da manha só pagando 32 dólares: quente :pao, ovos . Ou 24 dolares frios e frutas, fraquinho sem variedades . O restaurante do hotel na recepção vale a pena uma cerveja com petisco mas tambem vai deixar uma graninha la. Estacionamento no local. Água 6 dolares."

"We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. The unit has a full kitchen but dishwasher did not work. The refrigerator has an ice machine but it was not connected.
The clothes dryer did not work which was a bummer since I washed clothes while there.
The electrical plugs in master bathroom did not work.
The unit is spacious and quiet. We walked to Catalina Ferry and Ocean of The Pacific.
There is Vons nearby and pizza near hotel was good."
