"O transfer não funcionou conforme esperado, tive de pegar táxi para ir e vir do aeroporto. Não responderam às mensagens "

"Location is very good, near train terminsl, restaurants, MOA , Ayala Malls, and walking distance to Baclaran church. The entrance to hotel lobby is not that very visible from the road, it’s in the corner. I was advised by the front desk that slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste not available. No microwave and even heating pot for coffee, so the room is just for sleep. And no phone inside, there’s one near the elevators for you to reach the operator. But there’s a safe box!"

"The host (Ghen) was superb, super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. I would stay there again on my next visit."

"Excelente. Café da manhã impecável."

"タバコが臭かったですが、プールやハヤットの朝食が楽しめました。"

"Staff was amazing"

We're looking forward to our stay in November!"

"Very convenient and the surrounding area is fantastic!"

Anyway, the front desk changed us to a new room promptly. The problem was next day. Our flight was...

"Pleasantly surprised. Easy check in. Seamless. WiFi worked well. Clean. Only suggestion, put a kitchen size garbage can in pantry or dining area. Have a roll of kitchen roll paper towels available in kitchen area. Quiet place,"
