"Super noisy room!!!! So much noise you can't sleep well. And terrible staff and customer service. So rude and unfriendly, treating and thinking we are stupid.
We were in a super noisy room. I called them, told them and asked for help. They said we have to go downstairs to the front desk. Once we went down and talked to them at the lobby/front desk/lobby, they said we should resolve this by phone. But after a while, they told they would send the security over to see where the noise came from...

"The people at the front desk and in the breakfast area were all lovely. They were very helpful and went above and beyond in answering my questions. They always greeted me with a smile when I left in the morning and returned in the evening. The property itself is in a very convenient location downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The gym was well-equipped. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in downtown Atlanta."
"The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. The view from the high rise balcony was amazing. It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I & our 2 teen daughters. We had a comfortable bed & private bedroom. The girls had the option of sleeping on the couches or the 2 folding beds. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. provided. We enjoyed having the full kitchen & the bigger space than a hotel room. It was great to sit & see & listen to the city in the early mornings...

The first thing is that you can hear everything and everyone that is in the hallway but it wasn’t too terrible, 2 if we didn’t push on the door to ensure it was closed all the way it would get stuck so if anyone was walking in the hallway and touched the door or the person next door opened theirs, ours actually shut and it gave us a small heart attack but once we figured it out it was fine, and lastly, the parking. *estava na cidade para um compromisso de trabalho, aproveitei p passear, mas me arrependi, os arredores do hotel é igual o centro de SP, cheio de morador de rua, noiado e até fomos abordamos por um agressivamente pq não tínhamos $$$ pra dar.
Enfim, a experiência não foi das melhores.
A estrutura da suíte é ótima, mas na rua tem muito barulho, fiquei em andar baixo, pode ser isso, não sei dizer.
A academia é boa, mas muito quente.
