"Thermostat batteries dead in room. Room was freezing. Called front desk. He said we would have to wait til morning when maintenance got there. We said … I DONT THINK SO. He brought us some batteries and we opened up the thermostat and changed them ourselves. Left the empty pepper bottle out so they could refill. They did not. Did not leave more soap after cleaning the room. "

"Our room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00 pm but the staff was prompt in getting it ready. We only waited five minutes. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was really good! As items ran out, they were prompt in replacing the items. "
