"Staff is so kindly I only stayed one night but they helped me for my transfer from airport and then to go to the city It is not a a luxury hotel but the room and bathroom are clean If i had to come again in Kolkata airport I will book in this hotel"

"Staff are not bad. However, the property is located on noisy road and they do not maintain it. The toilet seat cover is not only broken but nasty. Everything is halfway done and allowing guests to stay while upgrading. As a result it is nasty property, which is not worth listed on the Expedia. "

"It was ok for a one night stay. They are building the metro right now and there's a half finished section that goes above the existing road. It's blighting the place and once ready, the traffic noise will go up and there's no view. The swimming pool didn't work and breakfast was limited. Very close to the airport though. You can see it from the roof swimming pool/terrace."

"The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel."

The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue.
